Everything fits

I guess my favourite kind of music is slowly fading into the “out-dated” selection of music in the current generation. I am not old, but I guess my type of music is old. I am seriously still into ballads, still into those really powerful vocal songs. They just make my heart stood still, make me relax, make me feel so powerful.

This. This video is eating up my soul.

I love the stage presence. I love every single human being on that stage. The dancers and Celine. The way the dancers move along with the music, every rhythm, every beat. It synchronise so well that makes me feel that everything is just put together so perfectly. Just like a musical.

Oh my mama.

Busy dizzy weekend!

Straight after this entry, I am going to my revision. Mid sem tests coming. I wonder if i should be learning how to cope with exams anxiety more than learning my notes?

I am soooo freaking busy lately!!!! There are so many things going on and I have yet to settle down quietly in my room to study, especially during the weekends! Hence, I am staying home tomorrow! I have to!

Oh well.. despite me going out to bars and restaurants with friends, these couple of weekends that I have spent with my close friends are pretty awesome I ought to say. Firstly, it was the PinkDot event. It was a damn cool event and I even saw one of my ex colleague there! Another pinkdot family member!

And then on this Friday ( yesterday), I went to timbre with the IT guys. Had a small short birthday surprise for G as we told the waitress to stuck 2 candles on the pizza. However, it came with only 1. But then, I was somewhat impressed by that band last night. They actually responded to our requests ( Polka Face – Lady Gaga) and it definitely leaves a good impression in my head as I just love the way they sing. They were enjoying so much.

Today, we went to The Ship Restaurant to celebrate G’s birthday again. This time it was the usual IT clique. Had a REAL cake and good food.

Next up would be someone else’s birthday. Gosh.. Exams coming… maybe I shall forget planning anything for her? hahahahaha…

it’s 10!!!

I was taking my own sweet time preparing to leave for class which I THOUGHT it was at 11am. I even woke up to watch American Idol and sat at the sofa n watched the TV ( which I haven’t come into contact for months ) for about 30 mins. Then I got up and bathe when the clock ticked to 9.45am. I THOUGHT I was still early for later’s class. Then I blew my hair and packed my bag. I thought about later’s BCS class. It is a 3 hours class and it should end at 4 today. So it means my BCS class would start at 1pm. And there is always an hour break between my POM class and BCS lab. So it’s impossible that my POM class would start at 11am.. if not, where the hell is my break?

I went to check my timetable and then I realised POM starts at 10am. I looked at the time and it was 10. 05am. YEAH.

I was thinking of cabbing down and just attend the class as that Sir always take attendance an hour later after the class has commenced. But then, I just cabbed yesterday and wasted 5 bucks. I don’t have enough money for the month and PLUS, is it worth it to spend 5 dollars on that teacher’s class? I am sorry to sound so mean… but really, sometimes I feel that I am going to class for the sake of attendance and not for the sake of learning anything because I learnt nothing but patience. Be patient with the teacher as he goes talking about how “Pro-family” he is and what kind of experiences he has gone through years back then.

I only like it when he taught us the SYLLABUS and dread it when he speaks about himself.

Anyway, am I comforting myself for the fact that I didnt go to this morning’s class? Hmm.. maybe I am! Still, if I have the chance, I would go because I didn’t want my attendance to look ugly and my mom to find out ( TP will send a letter to my parents if i didnt attend a class without any MC).

Oh well. Whatever right? Just do well for Mid-sem tests. HAHAHAHAHA..

Love

It has been a while since I ached for someone.

As tears run down her face, my eyes just went wet too. And there , both of us having tearing eyes.

I have always felt life is unfair. And so, the best thing that human beings have to offer to one another is Love. Love just makes us feel better when life gets us down. One more thing to note is: I have finally realised that it’s a wonderful feeling to comfort the person whom u love. It’s even more awesome to know that the person that u want is her and the person that she wants is also you.

Laura’s house

Woo hoo! Went to Laura’s house yesterday with E after school. It’s at Joo Chiat and you would definitely spend a hell lot of time trying to locate the place as it not really near to the outside road. Oh well.. I was waiting for the both of them at Eunos MRT station as they met earlier while I was in school. As I turned my head and saw 2 familar faces walking towards me. One was walking as her hand was raised while she talked and the other was listening intently and “bouncing a little” as she walks. Haha.. U could have guessed who’s who. The former has tons of energy in her head / brain while the latter will let out her energy by dancing whenever there’s a song.

We walked to the nearby coffeeshop and grabbed iced and hot coffee for the 3 of us. And L’s not bad! She actually said she wanna  a ” kopi – O ” when I asked her wad she wanna. A wanna be Singaporean angmo. haha.

And then we walked to her house. Basically, I found out that I am pretty much an ignorant compared to L and E. Seriously. They talked about her perspectives about the education system in Singapore, their life experiences etc. I have nothing to offer but my ears. Haha.. But thankfully I am honest about the fact that I do not know a lot of things and I am very impressed with what I heard from L.

At her house, I met Molly. Her dog. Really really adorable. But when u hear about these poor little dogs background stories, like where they come frm and such… U will really feel like killing those previous owners/breeders.

L found Molly at an animal shelter. When she first saw her, she was in a really bad condition. How bad I don’t really know but yesterday, I saw Molly’s fur was shedding really badly to the point that her skin was revealing. A maltese shouldn’t look like this. Heard that the previous owner was a breeder. He/She took no care of Molly and just used her for breeding dogs. That’s why Molly’s nipples are rather sore and red.

And then, in L’s comfortable house, I lay on the clean cooling floor of hers, while E sat on the floor sofa comfortably. L  stretched her legs and lay on the sofa with Molly. And we talked. That’s the time when E and I were really fascinated with her life story. She’s one of a kind woman.

I have to say I adore her house. Just nice for one person ( I think ). It’s cooling, got a backyard, great living room and it is a shophouse. Great neighbours too. Oh.. L brought us from house to house to look at her neighbours’ house interior design and we had great fun doing it. E and I were hesitated to look in it as we felt we were intruding into other ppl’s property but yet, we were curious upon hearing what L said about the houses.

We are so going to go again! Next time = movie watching!! 😀
